Who is En Sabah Nur?
Apocalypse [En Sabah Nur] is said to be the first mutant in the Marvel Universe.
He is listed as being born in 3000 BC as a Bedouin in Akkaba during the Pharonic rule of Egypt.
During the after Credits of X-Men: Days of Future past we expect to see an Origin Scene or a reveal scene that will feature Apocalypse. After the Credits of X-Men: Days of Future Past we should also see a tie-into the X-Men: Apocalypse movie.
Director Bryan Singer just tweeted to let confused fans know and understand that APOCALYPSE is NOT an Alien. Some incorrect blogs out there have reported that the next X-Men Villain APOCALYPSE is an alien from outer space. When in fact he is one of the First Mutants and Most powerful of all. His Powers of Basic Molecular manipulation make him Practically Immortal.

This is not true and we have broken down the Origins and understanding Below of:
Who is APOCALYPSE?
Apocalypse was born 5000 years ago in Akkaba,Jordan and he was left behind as a baby because of his deformed gray skin and blue lips. Baal of the Sandstormers rescued him and saw the child’s power and raise him as his own son, naming him En Sabah Nur of the Sandstormers. During this Phase of his Life an Egyptian Pharaoh ( Actuallly the time-traveller Kang the Conqueror ) Tried to Destroy and Enslave his Adopted People to find him, he escaped with Baal into a Cave that caved in. Baal Eventually Dies from his Injuries and as he was trapped and tried to escape Nur (Apocalypse) realized he had an ability to survive like no one else and had other powers. He escaped and saught out Kang to Avenge his People and Baal, But in the process feel in love with Kang’s Sister and was heart broken and sent into a Rage that released his True Power!
APOCALYPSE Power and Abilities: (Wiki)
Apocalypse is an ancient mutant born with a variety of superhuman abilities who further augmented himself after merging with Celestial technology. The character has total control over the molecules of his body, enabling him to alter his form as it suits him, such as allowing his body to become extremely malleable and flexible or change its size, enhance his physical abilities, transform his limbs into weapons or wings and jets, regenerate from fatal injuries, adapt his body to apparently any disease or hostile environment and give himself virtually any physical superhuman power. The character is also able to project and absorb energy, and has displayedtelepathy and telekinesis. Apocalypse is as well capable of technopathy, able to directly interface with the various technologies he has at his disposal. Apocalypse is also immortal, and immune to aging, not needing sustenance of any kind and can survive fatal injuries. Whether this ability is a part of his mutant powers, or developed as a result of his merging with celestial technology is unclear.
Aside from his superhuman powers, Apocalypse is extraordinarily intelligent, a scientific genius with knowledge in various areas of science and technology including physics, engineering, genetics and biology, that is far more advanced than conventional science. Apocalypse has knowledge of Celestial technology that he uses for his own applications, such as altering mutants or humans. Apocalypse is also a skilled demagogue and a master strategist.
Apocalypse’s blood can heal other mutants, but is fatal for humans. Apocalypse’s blood can also restore his de-powered mutant descendants as is seen when a large dose of Apocalypse’s blood regenerates the lost body part of Chamber and gave him a look similar to Apocalypse.
