Real-time strategy games are making a huge comeback and it’s pretty awesome that the Halo franchise is still making noise in this space. The new storyline of the game focuses on a new piece of Forerunner tech and a new villain named Atriox who is the leader of The Banished, a mercenary force of covenant soldiers. The mission is simple … dont die and conquer the enemy. But the UNSC may have their hands full with an enemy even the covenant could not contain.
Halo Wars 2 will be released on February 21st, 2017 for $59.99. The Ultimate Edition is $79.99 and includes Halo Wars: Ultimate Edition which includes early access to the game four days prior to release., Halo Wars 2 Season Pass digital code, and Halo Wars: Definitive Edition digital code.
