If you are looking to complete the Arcology Reclaimer challenge you’ll need to find the New Pacific Arcology. To find the New Pacific Arcology you will need to head through the Rig area on Titan.

To get there from the rig Area you will need to go through a side entrance on the east side of the map.
To complete the Reclaimer challenge you simply have to kill enemies within this area to earn towards completing your challenge.
