Destiny 2 is filled with mystery quest lines like “On The Comms” that lead to some pretty awesome loot. We are going to walk through on the Comms quest line and talk about the rewards for completion.

On the Comms Quest Guide

The quest first appears and drops towards the end of the game in your power weapons slot.

The first step of the quest as it reads on the overlay.

“Return to Nessus and recover communication ciphers from Red Legion troops.”

This is as simple as returning to Nessus and killing Red Legion troops.

Next step, Await the world eater

Then you will get another step that tells you “The decrypted communications indicate
something is coming. Look for the arrival of the “World-Eater.”

From what we can tell you, this quest line is related to the Destiny 2 Leviathan Raid I.E. the “World Eater” being the Leviathan Machine.
