The Moment we have all been waiting for has finally arrived and we can officially welcome Spider-Man into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In a recent announcement Marvel Studios & Sony Entertainment have come to a deal that will allow the story arc of the Amazing spiderman films to integrate into the MCU and also possibly an appearance of spider-man in a future Marvel film or films.
This is pretty big news but expect given Sony’s recent PR troubles and massive data breach. The deal between Marvel Studios and Sony entertainment says that Spider-Man will appear in a Marvel film and there after a Sony produced Amazing Spider-Man film will be co-produced by Kevin Feige, his Marvel team and Amy Pascal of Sony. Sony will Fund the next film set to be released on July 38, 2017 and also have future control of Spider-Man related films. There has also been talk of Sony integrating a number of marvel characters into the future Spider-man films.

Spider-Man has mad Sony more than 4 Billion dollars over the past 13 years and is Sony’s most successful film franchise to date.
